Planning consent was granted by John Swinney on basis that economic bbenefits outweighed environmental ones and that the scientic attributes of the site would not be adversely impacted upon 2/4
Not only have the scientific attributes been destroyed, but the supposed "I am the evidence" economic benefits from hotels and housing never happened because no ££ bond was ever required to compel Trump to deliver 3/4
