Trans people are, almost all of us, oppressed on the basis of our sex, as trans people. Our sexed bodies are used as weapons against us, to cast us as lying, inauthentic imitators of real life, our genital organs used to rationalise controlling our movements in all areas of life.
Our bodies become justifications for violence, for surveillance, for dismissal. Our bodies are sexed in a way that makes us inadmissible for many areas of healthcare beyond trans health. We are constantly objectified. Our bodies are public property to discuss in depth at any time
Our bodies are subject to forced compulsory fertility in cases where our choices to undergo medical treatment may result in fertility loss, and at the same time our bodies are subject to coerced, sometimes compulsory sterilisation in many other contexts.
Trans people are often accused of being at war with sex and trying to replace it with gender.

Cis people will spend hundreds of thousands of pounds/dollars on measuring tiny variations in our bone and muscle fibre density and only take an interest in parts of the results which allow you to make it harder for us to get changed in the fucking gym.
There is not a single aspect of the sexing of trans bodies, collectively, by society that has not been used to justify some sort of systematic oppression against us.
And you treat us like we're somehow unaware of reality because we reject your conceptions of sex and replace them with versions which are similarly absurd, but nevertheless rather less harmful in terms of the actual material social structures the former motivate into violence.
Instead you (cis society) look at transmale and non binary rape victims and make jokes about how self identifying didn't save them from sex based oppression. You mobilise large scale concerns about rape to put trans women felons in places they will very likely experience it.
Almost all of these systems you are worried about us gradually eroding are harmful. All of them. You laugh at what we think about ourselves while we've got absolutely no reason to take some ridiculous immutable model of sex clearly when literally all it does is harm us.
Not because we're mental (though plenty of us do get that way in the conditions we're in!) but because it is the single biggest motivating rationale you use to beat us with, and you are crushing us.
We're oppressed *because* of the way you find our sexes incomprehensible, because our sex is whatever YOU decide suits YOUR narrow minded understanding and needs at any given moment.
