I just skimmed the brief, which is linked in Brad's tweet below. It is the weakest of weak-tea support that you're likely to find.

I mean, we're not talking 20-second tea. We're talking "showed the water a wrapped tea bag" weak tea. https://twitter.com/bradheath/status/1336763665580765187
The amicus states stop short of saying that the relief in the Texas request should be granted, and merely advocate that SCOTUS grant Texas leave to file the Bill of Complaint.

They also stop short - way, way, way short - of endorsing any of the batshit conspiracy theories.
When they talk about "absentee vote fraud," they bring up examples involving tiny numbers of ballots, not confirmed fraud. They don't mention Dominion, or the "Quadraticillions to One" odds or whatever was in that "expert" report.
They also very carefully avoid mention of the equal protection and due process aspects of the Texas Bill of Complaint, presumably because these Republican AGs, although slimy little sycophantic assclowns, are bright enough to know what a can of worms looks like.
The entire amicus is basically "please give Texas leave to file because Electors Clause and mail ballots can be fraudulent sometimes." And that's pretty much it.
Not only is this not "joining the case" in any real sense, but it's also very very far from a full-throated endorsement of the position that Texas is trying to stake out.
It's possible, in fact, that these states have just succeeded in doing the very least they could do to support Texas in this case.
