If you play a ttrpg on a Discord server, I recommend making channels for your characters to write out personal moments you wouldn't normally rp. Whether it's inner dialog, the mundane things that bond characters but aren't as much fun to rp. Not only do we have a side-convo -

channel where our characters rp weird conversations we don't normally have in game, but it serves as a reminder for what's happened in game & what the players might want to remember for the next session. The individual character channels are great for inner dialog or like a -

diary for the character. I love marking character development/realizations in them. And it allows the other players a bit more insight into your character & their motives for particular actions. Of course, you may not want to reveal secrets in these channels but it's fun to hint.
