2. Who saw bullying levels rise year on year on his watch?
3. Who oversaw workloads and staff shortages rise inexorably whilst he was Secretary of State?
4. Who was was the minister whilst stress levels rose?

5. Who ran down pandemic PPE stocks to below critical levels?
6. Who as Secretary of State failed to implement sustained workforce planning for several years contributing to the current huge workforce gaps.
7. Who had no staff welfare strategy at all?
