So glad we're on the verge of a vaccine! There are many things to like about @MassGovernor's high level plan presented today. 1. How specifically will the 20% of vaccines dedicated to disproportionately impacted communities be allocated? And what is the justification for that specific number? (Given scale of COVID infection rates, one could argue it should be higher.) 2/

2. What kind of resources will be invested in trusted community-based organizations rooted in communities of color to address the understandably high levels of vaccine hesitancy? end/
