When important information was left out of his Witness Statements, he blamed his lawyers and claimed he didn't read them before submitting.
He became angry whenever Amber would attend meetings, photo-shoots or auditions for movies, without his permission. She also had to hide sex scenes from him to prevent him losing his temper.
His claims that Amber never helped him detox were undermined by his own texts and one of his witnesses.
Depp couldn't remember the extent of his substance abuse.
He surrounds himself with people who don't question him. On the very rare occasion someone does, even on something minor, he questions their loyalty.
He frequently used derogatory terms to describe women, even using Amber's sexuality against her after he assaulted her and trashed the trailer they were staying in.
He told his own Doctor that he suffered from chronic substance abuse, but accused Amber of lying when she said the same thing about him.
For years he claimed he was quietly sketching on this flight, until his own texts (which should have been handed over already) were mistakenly sent to NGN.
That substance abuse means he can only remember parts of this flight. Despite claiming otherwise in his Witness Statement and testimony.
One of the "cruellest" things Amber ever did was follow the Nurses instructions when helping him detox.
Depp could not remember how he lost the tip of his finger when talking to a Consultant. Texts show him explaining he did it to himself.
One of his witnesses claims he committed perjury because he felt like Amber was threatening him, despite providing no evidence for that. Completely undermining any evidence he gave in this case as a result.
Audio that Amber managed to secretly record led to Depp making an admission he had never made in court before. He DID headbutt her.

Depp and his security couldn't even get something as simple as "how long were you in the penthouse for?" correct.
The LAPD officers spent a grand total of 15 minutes "thoroughly" inspecting the premises and speaking with Amber. They witnessed reddening to her face, but assumed it was due to her crying. They couldn't recall even basic details due to their lack of contemporaneous notes.
Justice Nicol had issue with seven of Depp's witnesses. Ranging from claims of perjury, vacillation, missing evidence and contradictions.
