To reiterate:

COVID is real.

COVID is primarily a serious threat to older people and people with pre-existing conditions.

Over 250K Americans have died due to COVID or COVID related illness.

Old peoples lives matter, too. (1/6)
People's jobs and livelihood matter, too.

Lockdowns have hurt and even killed (suicide) a lot of people.

End lockdowns.

Enourage people to take harm-reduction steps: wash their hands, keep physical distance, wear a mask when not possible, & boost their immune systems. (2/6)
But ending lockdown may not save all businesses.

Even when lockdowns are lifted/loosened, many people are still choosing to stay home and/or avoid high-risk places like gyms, bars, buffets, movie theaters, etc.

Many businesses will not survive without more customers. (3/6)
More people will start patronizing these business when the COVID rate dramatically reduces.

Natural herd immunity will take a long time and take a lot of lives.

The quickest way to save businesses survive (and save lives) is the vaccine. (4/6)

Yes, it did take much shorter to develop this vaccine due to urgency. (5/6)
Like everyone else, I want life to go back to normal soon. Masks are inconvenient and annoying. I want concerts to happen again. I want to see my older relatives without worry. This is why I'm rooting for a safe and effective vaccine to get us there. (6/6)
