Despite Demarai Gray has played 132 Games for Leicester City, Barnes has almost better stats at the club despite only playing 65.
However, Dimi has started only 53 of the 132, whereas Barnes has 43.
Gray also has an average of 4.15km covered each time, Barnes with 1.79km.

Barnes has also missed 5 more big chances the Gray, despite his less gametime.
Gray started during the 2015/16 season, where he was overshadowed by a prime Riyad Mahrez, which meant his gametime was of course limited.
(No agenda against Barnes by the way, just a comparison)

Harvey also has 3827 minutes played compared to Grays 5508, proving how Dimi has been overlooked by some of Harvey’s great performances and goals.
But the fact Gray has ‘played’ a lot more games, it proves he’s never had a proper run in the starting XI.

During last season, Gray played 21 games in total in the Premier League, with 18 of them being off the bench..... Meaning he only had 3 starts to his name.
In each of the games he started, he was also subbed off.
Off the bench, any Leicester fan can say he did get involved.

Arsenal (H), Vital role in the build up play for one of the goals.
Burnley (H), Once again, Very good linkup play for the Tielemans goal, Barnes nabbed the assist by a lucky flick on.
Palace (A), One of Leicester’s goals of the season, Him and Vardy produced fantastic play.

Sheffield U (H), Scored a Vital goal in the 2-0 Win, and a class finish it was.
Watford (A), Sublime pass to Chilwell to score in injury time.
West Ham (A), Brilliant Pace and Composure to Finish a 1 on 1.
Almost as if he was finding his feet, and that was only off the bench.

Demarai is only 24, and it is never the right thing to give up on a player, especially when they have so much talent. He could fit into Rodgers system so well, and he has never had a proper run in the first team, so I think that can really benefit him, so he can prove himself.
I know i’ll get hate for this, but I don’t care, because I’ve backed Dimi ever since he joined Leicester. I do honestly think he has the ability to get into this Leicester side, and I can only beg Rodgers at least gives me a chance to prove himself, otherwise we will lose him...
I just want him to get respect, because at the end of the day he’s a Leicester player, and the abuse I see is disgusting.
