Spread rumors that Trump is holding millions in Pfizer stock and is rushing through FDA approval. Get Gavin Newsome to ban the Pfizer vaccine in CA. Have Salon or Mic write a breathless piece about Pfizer's German partner's Nazi ties.
Get Trump to go on Hannity for them both to take the Pfizer vaccine together. Have Pfizer vaccination booths at Trump rallies.

This sounds crazy, but consider that this is EXACTLY what happened with the coronavirus pandemic itself from February on, with both sides arms racing to maximally oppose whatever the other side happened to support.
That's how you go from some tentative scientific support for HCQ and a bit of Trump boosterism to MSNBC and the NYT writing hit pieces on it and talk show hosts joking about it, while Fox News practically begins selling it on their website and the admin making it a miracle cure.
At some point the solution to the problems of a hyperpartisan society is not to clutch one's pearls and write paeans to the days of civility and truthfulness of yore, but simply to leverage hyperpartisanship in limited service to the salus populi.
