Our guy responds approvingly to an Anon's theory of how POTUS comes out the winner.

First the theory.

"Now, this could take a decent amount of time, and although the safe harbor deadline has now been reached and passed, it's not set in stone, however I'm not sure what will happen if no President is named by December 14, which is in six days."

"So we have six days for SCOTUS to hear the case and make a ruling, then for the legislatures to convene and decide on what to do for delegates if SCOTUS rules in favor of Texas and all its cosigner's. If no President is named, and that deadline can't be pushed back, then..."

But the reason why Rudy hasn't been trying to go after cases of fraud, is because Fraud is a criminal matter... in order to overturn an election with fraud you need a conviction first."

Takeaways: This is a really meaty post you should all read. It clearly shows one strategy to victory for POTUS, but as it's pointed out, the real fun starts after he secures the Presidency for a second term.
