THREAD: 1. After nearly 2 years of campaigning, @Pornhub have FINALLY announced that they're banning unverified uploads and they're cancelling the download functionality. I feel happy, if slightly exhausted. But this @Mindgeek does not go far enough.

2. You belittled victims who had been telling you their stories for years. You've threatened every UK journalist that I've personally worked with. You lied about moderating every piece of content, and you lied about your child abuse problem.

3. It shouldn't have taken @Mastercard and @Visa threatening to pull out for you to change your policy. It should have been the hundreds of victims of IBSA who told you their stories with tears in their eyes. Brush off your ego, @PORNHUB - apologise.

4. This is just the very very start, and there is so much more to do for you to even begin healing those you've actively exploited. And for the 1000 time @BorisJohnson @WEPHEADQUARTERS REGULATE. THE. PORN. INDUSTRY.
