For all those who say "I wish I could support you but I have no money" to Twitch streamers, here's a list of ways you can support for FREE!
[thread]
1) Follow + like, share, comment on creators' other social media posts. Increased engagement helps content be seen!

2) Don't complain when you get ads or a streamer runs ads themselves. Watching a 60 sec ad isn't the end of the world and the revenue can help streamers a lot overtime!
3) If you're already active in chat, don't JUST talk to the streamer. Engage with others and create a warm, welcoming environment. This small act can help a streamer's community grow as ~*the vibe*~ is a big reason people stick around on Twitch. This can apply to Discord too!
4) Technically not free as you need an Amazon Prime account, but if you didn't know, you get a "free" monthly sub on Twitch with your Prime membership if you connect your accounts. Don't let that go to waste!
5) Lurking in streams is a huge help. While numbers aren't everything it can help streamers reach certain goals like partnership. It also helps streamers get sponsorship opportunities as most companies look at viewership numbers!
I bring this up in response to hearing very similar comments to the one above repeatedly and--to the people who really mean it when they say they want to support--I think this list is useful
This isn't an exhaustive list either so let me know anything you think I missed.
