1) $SPOT Why Spotify's aquisition of Megaphone is a big deal:

Until now, Spotify has been building its library of podcasts even going as far as signing up Joe Rogan, Gimlet Media and Michelle Obama.
2) It allows Spotify to make streaming ad insertion available to third-party podcast publishers for the first time. Up until now, Spotify has not recieved a single dollar from advertisements done inside of podcasts on their platform.
3) I think this paves the way for Spotify to unleash its full potential and experience exponential revenue growth for the next decade, as podcasts have just recently started to take off.
4) I predict that $SPOT will leave $NFLX and $DIS in the dust on a total return basis as the best DTC-Streaming play. And most of wall street will be left behind, scratching their heads, Netflix and Disney stocks in hand, wondering what happened.
