Here's the circular argument. @ChristinaSNP has said that they comply with the #EqA . They have to she said. But orgs like Women's Aid that provide single sex services under the #EqA don't. They don't because they have to have trans inclusive services to get #scotgov
funding. See the problem here? And they just WON'T own up to it. They can't own up to it because it rides a coach and horses through the #EqA which is reserved legislation. So they try to change terms and definitions in Scottish legislation in the hope that a) most people won't
notice or care and b) replace sex with gender in the hope people will not notice or care and will just use it and sex will be forgotten or seen as an inconvenience pushed by pesky older feminists. Only problem is ANY Scottish legislation must be compatible with the #EqA and
the #forensicbill without Johann Lamont's amendment isn't. Gender has no definition in law. So, welcome to the world of women having to take their own govt to court. It's happening already. Apart from anything else it's cruel, degrading and inhumane. #sixwords
