2. Coupons will be used for votings. U can exchange coupons with Red chamshins.

10 coupons per sections will be required.
Votings are from 11th dec - 24th Jan = 45 days.
So, 45×10= 450 Coupons per device will be required
If u go & focus on all then what happens:

So per day 60 coupons one will require so, 45 days ×60 coupons = 2700 coupons will be required. Which is not possible right now.

CONCLUSION:
One must have 450 coupons. (Not red hearts). In order to get coupons one must have chamshins enough to exchange for coupons. As u see down. 2550 Red hearts = 100 chamshins. So u can understand how much it is important to collect chamshins +
