
I love seeing articles like this this from 40 & 50 years ago in “health magazines.“
I’m certain there were people back then questioning the “experts” that said smoking & sugar were good for you.
They were probably labeled
anti-science.
Today the “experts” prescribe pills for everything.
obese, take a pill 
Anxious, take a pill
Need to sleep, take a pill 
High blood pressure, take a
Need energy during the day,
The body positive movement encourages obesity












Maybe, these “experts” should be PRESCRIBING
Lifting weights
Eating real food
Walking out in the sun
Less sitting in cubicles
A more purpose driven life
More movement!! Dance, run, walk, hike, play, swim, JUST MOVE!!






I was hopeful with COVID-19 our society would start to see the benefit of
-health & a strong immune system
-having an active lifestyle
-eating less processed sugary crap food
I thought companies would start to implement policies to help people get up & move & eat less junk food.

There’s no money
in promoting healthy living & there’s trillions in promoting

These industries need reliant
-not free thinkers
-not healthy, on fire people
It’s why they sell fear & division 24-7 to keep you dependent.
