🧵Trust the “experts” with your health?

I love seeing articles like this this from 40 & 50 years ago in “health magazines.“

I’m certain there were people back then questioning the “experts” that said smoking & sugar were good for you.

They were probably labeled
anti-science.
Today the “experts” prescribe pills for everything.

❌obese, take a pill 💊
❌Anxious, take a pill 💊
❌Need to sleep, take a pill 💊
❌High blood pressure, take a 💊
❌Need energy during the day, 💊

❌The body positive movement encourages obesity🤦‍♂️
Maybe, these “experts” should be PRESCRIBING
✅Lifting weights
✅Eating real food
✅Walking out in the sun
✅Less sitting in cubicles
✅A more purpose driven life
✅More movement!! Dance, run, walk, hike, play, swim, JUST MOVE!!
I was hopeful with COVID-19 our society would start to see the benefit of
-health & a strong immune system
-having an active lifestyle
-eating less processed sugary crap food

I thought companies would start to implement policies to help people get up & move & eat less junk food.
I now realize I was stupid for thinking that.

There’s no money💰in promoting healthy living & there’s trillions in promoting 💊 &💉

These industries need reliant 🐑 -not free thinkers
-not healthy, on fire people

It’s why they sell fear & division 24-7 to keep you dependent.
I Challenge you to take the first step to better your own life!
🔥Take control!!

✅Live a life of purpose
✅Push your limits physically & mentally
✅Wake up excited for more than Netflix & fictional characters

I was there not long ago,

🔥ONE CHOICE
