Growing up my dad was abusive as hell. Jake the muss without the alcohol. He'd beat the living sh*t out of my mum and us.
If it was bad enough/the screams loud enough, than our neighbours would call the police. He'd get charged. We'd go to a womens refuge.

He'd do court mandated anger management course. We would come home. They'd get back together.
Things would be good for a bit, than the cycle would repeat itself.
Anger management didn't do sh*t.
But mental health professional help did. It changed EVERYTHING.

If you struggle to control your emotions & violence/aggression seems to be your default reaction than get help. You do NOT have to keep being like that. Your family does NOT have to keep living like that. See a psychologist/psychiatrist. Make a change & sort out your sh*t
