supported self management is complex & lots of people working together.
@bridgesselfmgmt is a complex co-desiged intervention based on self-efficacy - person at the centre, moving away from paternalistic 'doing to' approach improved staff satisfaction
Staff in the evaluation reported improved confidence in doing supported self-management with staff
