The woman was filmed without her consent, as evidenced by the fact she was blind drunk and sticking fingers up at him as he reached back. She was exploited. He reached an arm out to grope her after this.

But this plus his previous controversies are sackable offences and calling for anything less is unacceptable if #WeRaceAsOne, the promises for gender diversity and so on are of actual importance. If everyone with a meaningful platform fence-sits yet again it's a disgrace.
So for everyone calling out to F1's many journalists, commentators, pundits etc. to start ramping up the pressure and put their actions where their 'hopes for the future' are, good on you. You're doing what's needed. It's about time everyone called a spade a fucking spade.
