New letter from ministers to the Lords on Internal Market Bill.
Looks like attempt at olive branch on devolution. Gives Scottish, Welsh and NI govts right to be consulted. But will that be enough?

Lords will vote on all this later and unlikely to back down. But it does suggest govt is in flexible mode and maybe further concessions later.
