We’ve been using Miro to help us visualise what we are deciding on. Moving projects we want to award to the middle circle, the furthest outer circles (orange) for the maybes and the circles in between for what need to be discussed. Anything that is red is a no. @TNLComFund
Each little strand of circles focuses on a theme of LEX leadership. This helps us break up the 94 applications rather than prioritise themes over each other. We’ve got LGBTQ, Disability, recovery, mental health, migrants, refugees and asylum seekers, young people, race and others
