Certain culture tidak membenarkan wanita untuk belajar tinggi and it's quite common.
Pernah dengar "buat apa nak belajar tinggi tinggi, nanti ke dapur jugak"
Same concept except that some women out there are facing death semata mata untuk belajar. https://twitter.com/AimanPsikologi/status/1336564683143217152

We just need to be kind and try to understand their situation before giving out a perception.
Also if you wonder about travel mentioned in the video; in some countries/culture/belief, they do not allow women to travel except with male companion. So yeah.
Even kalau ada dua orang perempuan sekalipun, still a nope nope.

Sebagai contoh:
1) Malala Yousafzai - still a muslim tapi kena keluar dari negara
2) Rahaf Al-Qunun - ex muslim, lari dari abusive family dan almost kena bawa balik ke negara asal sebab travel tanpa guardian

3) Salwa Alzahrani - ex muslim, left the religion and family for a better education
4) Dina Ali - a muslim (presumably because she disappeared, taken away and no one know what happened), just to get a better education, better life, a freedom.

Jadi, @AimanPsikologi ,dia bukan sibuk jadi Muslim tapi dia sibuk jadi wanita muslim di dalam culture yang takkan terima dia ada degree.
Woww didn't expect this to blow up.
Just for the record, it is challenging to separate faith and culture, because both work hand-in-hand. In order to leave a culture, one tend to leave their faith as well.

The relationship between faith and culture is super complex.
Rather than looking at it as a separate entity, organization like @KMU_MY supports #Kebersamaan. You can checkout their website to find out more. (I also used to write there) http://kmumalaysia.org/

side note, I did wrote an article for KMU on my visit to Indonesia to learn more about inclusivity: http://kmumalaysia.org/2019/01/02/inclusive-religious-education-prevents-extremist-mindset-part-ii/
Another side note,
An event on religious tolerance I did as a member of KMU at that time, after balik from YSEALI program: https://dialogueinstitute.org/news/yseali2016

So you see, when you see any movement that is against your faith, try to see it in a various perspective first.
There is nothing wrong with being kind
