Schedule 7 of the Terrorism act is very similar to the sus Act of the 80s that allowed police to stop black men randomly. Officer has the right to stop anyone at ports etc to “determine” if a person has been or could be involved in potential acts of terror. It works backwards- it racially or shall we say religiously profiles someone to them determine reasonable grounds.
