More from Baris & this is rather interesting: he’s gone over this in two different videos today but basically *where* ballots come from can change the break (or split between candidates) & so can *method* of voting (mail in favors Biden etc) but not *when* they came in...
We had mail in batches earlier on that gave an idea what the break would be in that are for that method (ie in Fulton 70/30 among mails)
