🔗 There is no Child Prostitution 🔗
IT IS RAPE ‼️

Every child is at risk, no matter what age, colour or gender.

Rescuing the person is not necessarily rescuing,
it is rescuing a body NOT THE MIND !
Slavery was abolished in the U.S. in 1865.
Slavery was abolished in Britain in 1833.
Slavery was abolished in Mexico in 1829.
But sadly, slavery still exists.

Over 10 Mio children are in slavery today. An estimated 71% of enslaved people now are female.

CHILD TRAFFICKING FACTS

We have over 40 Mio victims of human trafficking globally today. 25% of them are children
The average age of female victims is 12-14 years old,
the boys age is 11-13, but also some as young as 3 get rescued. Many of them are runaways or abused children.
PROMOTING AND NORMALISING IS CREATING THE DEMAND❗

A child is sold appr. 20-30x a day. Human trafficking is the fastest growing industry in the world second only to drug trade. It is generating illegal profits from over $150 Bio dollars a year. $99 Bio from sexual exploitation.
In 2018 over 51% of active human tracking cases in U.S. involved only children. There is an up rise in underage selling sex. Trends in Pornography are visible, most searched term is Teen, also Step daughters, Cheerleader, Teen Girls and High School Girls. https://liberatechildren.org/what-we-do#facts
CHILD TRAFFICKING REFERS TO :

Recruitment, Harbouring, Transportation, Provision, Obtaining and Patronising or soliciting of a minor for purpose of a commercial sex act

If you engage in adult entertainment, you most likely have supported the cycle of human trafficking !
Traffickers will start grooming the children, building trust, promising loving relationships as friends, boyfriends, mentor or coach f.e. They get lured in with food, clothes, a seemingly safe place to sleep and a false sense of trust. They feel valued and loved. It allows the
trafficker to slowly build a relationship to then let it escalate into control. They invest weeks to months. The victims don't acknowledge their harmful relationship at first. To keep the child trapped and controlled the trafficker will use emotional abuse (shame), prostitution,
physical abuse, rape, torture, alcohol and drugs.
Most of the kids are runaways, homeless youths or coming from a low income family. They are vulnerable, have low esteem and no dependable guardians.

They are easy targets.
International trafficking is a big issue in the U.S.
They recovered victims from all over the world as f.e. Asia and Western Europe. Some children get trafficked to multiple States within the country but far away from home thrown into a unfamiliar location and culture with false
passports and documents. Age and identity will be concealed. They may also struggle with language.
Many victims originate from Nations that suffer poverty, unstable economics and turbulent politics.
A big problem is that these victims are often not recognised as such.
There are 3 primary legal approaches to the sex industry:

Legalisation
Decriminalisation
Partial Decriminalisation

Prosecutors use criminal charges of victims, mostly from sting operations. The majority of the police goes after the victim, arrest it but not the JOHNS. Instead
they use the victim to give them usable information's about the traffickers. If they are not good enough, the victims have to keep their charges.

RE-VICTIMISING of the survivor is the result !
There are 4 types of trafficking:

1️⃣ Family controlled trafficking

Parents, extended family

2️⃣ Survival Sex

It's a form of trafficking with no third party.
The exploiter and buyer is the trafficker. They provide the children food and shelter or sex exchange for money.
For many kids survival sex is easier than to stay home where they get abused and raped by a family member or loved one.

3️⃣ Gang controlled

F.e. Latino Gangs like the MC-13 or the 18th street Los Locos members are usually not older than 15 and are being sold as a commodity
inside of the gang. Selling women is financially more lucrative than guns because a human body can be sold multiple times.
4️⃣ Pimp controlled

They are traffickers which are profiting of the victim, adult or minor. A study in 2019 showed that only 12% of victims identify traffickers as their pimp. The majority identifies them as family member, intimate partner, romantic interest or father figure.
"Some of our most vulnerable children also face the threat of being victimised by commercial sexual exploitation. Runaways, throwaways, sexual assault victims and neglected children can be recruited into a violent life of forced prostitution."
Deputy Attorney General James Coles
We live in a world where objectification of women, girls, anyone for sex is common, that applies to children as well.
Traffickers often come from other communities. They know the areas where the police won't call on them.
Technology, social media, phones are a huge problem. They help traffickers to facilitate and marketing trafficking world wide. Websites and social media allow pimps to advertise, schedule and purchase sexual encounters with minors. Check your children's phone, set up email alerts
Three major facts could impact children in terms of exploitation or human trafficking:

1️⃣ Behaviour
2️⃣ Technology
3️⃣ Company they keep (Individuals surrounding them)
