This year has been Crazy I started this in MARCH
I like everyone else had no idea what would happen to the world
It took months to get anything done but we are finally there and it will launch this month

Coffee is very different to everything I have done in the past
Other things I have white labelled for on Amazon usually are all done under one roof

Why Coffee?
I always loved coffee and I always wanted to have a coffee company even if it didn't make money I would be happy
I also want to have a proper brand I can be proud of and show my kids one day
I also conveniently have 27000 followers and 50% of them love coffee...

The Game Plan
I will use Amazon for the launch so that the traffic of Twitter sends me up the rankings that along with my Amazon experience should have me in business and selling regularly by month 2
I will then go for the website SEO route

After that I will incentivise Amazon customers to give me their email and go on the website
After all Amazon and Twitter are no different

Why Have We Gone With Coffee For This Brand?
I like to sell things that people need to buy weekly or monthly
e.g.

An issue I have now is an Issue you will have too
Suppliers don't take you seriously at the beginning
They think you are just another loser with an idea
They deal with legit big fish e.g. Walmart
Your orders mean nothing to them (at first)

(their times took 14 weeks because of the rona)
Once the bags go to the Factory
I will need to send documentation and photos of the coffee to Amazon to unlock the category

In the past I have gone cheap on design work
While I don't believe your logo will make much difference
I usually ended up paying more when going cheap, things go wrong and you pay twice
This time I spent a lot of money on branding/design with a solid branding company
worth it

The factory messed up the first order of the bags
They offered me a discount but i told them to redo them
Will take 5 business days more but worth it as you don't want to start off sloppy
