For everyone scratching their heads about Daryl Worley signing back with the Raiders. This thread is for you. https://twitter.com/thecheckdown/status/1191115995349315584
First and foremost he is a helluva tackling CB. He will stick his face in the fan like Damon Arnette did, but finish more often.
Another thing to keep in mind. Remember how Worley was used down the stretch last year? He was a safety/cb hybrid at times. I expect him to be used how Isaiah Johnson was being used - a TE matchup player.
Worley isn't being called in to start so take a deep breath. He provides depth and experience in Guenther's scheme.
If Arnette/Johnson go on IR, he can be the 4th CB behind Mullen, Lawson, and Joyner.
If Abram has an extended absence, he can come in for a package of plays and play man on tight ends. He provides flexibility at a banged up position.
