This was put together by many members of the WiAF including @NotaAntonella @laurawatkins_ @iva_momcheva @kerowlands @PauleSonnentru1 @MnemosyneK and many many others who I couldn't find on Twitter (sorry if I missed you!)

The main takeaways points are:
Enhancing conference participation to bridge the diversity gap: offer two-way remote participation & strive for gender balance at all levels of a conference
Enhancing conference participation to bridge the diversity gap: offer two-way remote participation & strive for gender balance at all levels of a conference
Increasing gender diversity & inclusion in scientific committees & related activities at STScI: systematically introduced unconscious bias training & created an accountability mechanism for each committee chair & implemented a reward system by recognizing successful examples
Analysis and recommendations based on the publication histories of >10,000 US astronomy PhD recipients: To consider more junior female researchers in scientific activities where seniority is more relevant to level the playing field due to lack of senior women astronomers
(Un)conscious bias in the astronomical profession: Universal recommendations to improve fairness, inclusiveness, & representation: Outline criteria before the start of an evaluation process & use of criteria. Dual-anonymous peer review should be introduced whenever possible.
