3) There are three sections to get your transcript successfully accepted by @WESCanada.
A) REGISTRATION ON WES WEBSITE
- Before requesting for your transcript to be sent to WES from your university, you have to register on the WES website to get your reference number.

@etxng is an approved third party by @WESCanada that can only be used to send electronic copy of transcript.

- Are you shocked that your school can send an electronic copy of your official transcript to WES? Yes, you can do that via @etxng.
a) To register on ETX-Ng, login to your WES account and copy your reference number.

c) click on ETX-Ng and click on delivery only service (Choose Canada or USA).
d) Enter your WES reference number and click retrieve.
e) Enter all your details correctly. Click others where you do not see the right option and manually input them.

f) Proceed to make payment of 5,050 naira and enter access code which will be sent to your email.
g) Within 24 hours of making payment, your DDR number will be sent to your email and you will be able to print out a form to present at your University.

i) To monitor your progress, click on self-service and follow up.

C) YOUR UNIVERSITY TO WES VIA ETX-Ng
- Take the printed form to the exams and record department of your University.
- Request that your transcript be sent electronically to WES via @etxng.

- Make sure you write your DDR number sent to you by @etxng boldly on the form.
- At this point, keep contacting your exams and record department to ensure they send it ASAP.

- As soon as your school sends your electronic copy of your transcript, you will be notified by @etxng via email.
- Usually, it takes about 24- 72 hours after, for @WESCanada to send you an email of acceptance of your transcript by WES.
