They BELC by the definition of its constitution is far too exclusive (not to mention easily manipulated by those who have served long enough) to fairly represent the Brampton lacrosse community. While individual teams and groups have been doing well [cont...]
the BELC and lacrosse in Brampton has been on a downturn for a long time. The fact that this has not been turned around is evidence of the NEED for change. And to us, it feels the only recourse left to get that change are the actions we've taken.
