Ryan Mountain pose: Stand tall like Ryan Mountain with your feet together and your arms at your sides. If you have trouble balancing, stand with your feet six inches apart. Don’t forget to relax your shoulders down from your ears!
Joshua tree pose: Find a place or object in the room to focus your attention. Slowly shift your weight onto one leg and lift the other off the floor. Place your foot onto your thigh, avoiding your knee. Reach your arms out and create your best Joshua tree branches!
Desert tortoise pose: Kneel on the floor with your toes together and your knees hip-width apart. Next, lower your torso between your knees. Extend your arms alongside your torso to form your shell, with your palms facing down. Rest as long as needed.
Downward Coyote pose: From the Desert tortoise pose make your way to your hands and knees. After your hands are shoulder-width apart you can stretch back and lift your knees off the ground. Peddle out your feet and let out a few deep breaths.
As always, safety is your personal responsibility.
