In 135, it was revealed that Ymir is actually the one who set the pigs free. I've seen many people taking this the wrong way. There are a lot of "Ymir is the final villain" and "Ymir is controlling Eren" theories going around and I'll address why they don't work
Firstly Isayama won't write Eren's character like that and just throw it all away at the end with Ymir controlling him and it also doesn't make sense for Ymir to even allow the Alliance to fight from the start.
Secondly with full control over the founding titan, she could easily create a tumour in everyone's brains easily or stop their metabolism in an instant or any other type of bodily mutation. She is in no way the final villain or controlling Eren.
There's also Armin in 135 questioning if Eren would actually suffocate him and kinda alluding this to Ymir. I guess thats where most people got the idea from. Now we know that Yams likes to subvert expectations by only showing a character's POV.
An instance that comes to mind is Grisha talking to the restorationists about Ymir and how she helped progress Eldia in 86 (which we know didn't turn out to be that). I personally thought that was the actual truth at that point.
So what are Ymir's current intentions and feelings regarding the Rumbling?
My take is that she allowed Eren to carry on with the Rumbling as he acknowledged her as a human being at that moment but she is hesitant and conflicted currently.

In the first panel, she is seen setting the pigs free and looking over them. In the very next panel, we see her looking at the Alliance the same way. What I feel this means is that Ymir values them and their freedom and is not okay with it 100%.
All the panels of her looking at people (including Ramzi from 131) express a sense of helplessness rather than something Ymir is actively taking part in or enjoying.
What does this mean for the ending?
I feel a way this could go is that Ymir realizes the cruelty of the Rumbling and how she doesn't actually want that. So her and Armin collectively try to stop Eren at least (whether successfully or unsuccessfully).
