this is my FAVOURITE whole body workout, it's amazing and makes you work up a sweat, which is always good ! the girls are super great and keep you motivated !
i usually do this one a few times around and it works amazingly, when i did this every night my stomach would stay flat even the morning after binges

i like this one, back bulge is one of my worst fears so this helps :]
if you have muffin top problems like me then you should do this ! it helps a lot and isn't too hard which is good
pls my calves are probably my second biggest insecurity, and this is my go to workout to help with that problem :]
