2. Asst. Sec. Bryan Mroz is walking through our planning and preparation to date.
3. An overview of the development and distribution process.
4. A look at the process for the initial vaccine candidates: Pfizer and Moderna.
5. Dr. Chan is talking through our key priority considerations as we look at how best to allocate our vaccine doses.
6. Phase 1A of vaccine allocation focuses on hospital health care workers, residents and staff of long-term care facilities, first responders.

As we receive more vaccine, we will continue to expand the groups and work through the pyramid.
7. A look at our initial allocations. We have signed up all of our nursing homes and assisted living facilities for the federal distribution partnership through CVS and Walgreens.
8. ImmuNet is the cornerstone of our immunization provider system. It's what providers will use to order vaccines.

It also stores immunization records. You can access your vaccination records at http://MD.MyIR.net .
9. The Pfizer vaccine is stored at -80°C and the Moderna vaccine is stored at -20°C. The state has secured freezers of our own, and we have contracted with various institutions and organizations that have them.
10. In the weeks ahead, we'll be rolling out a statewide vaccine confidence campaign.
11. Dr. Chan walks through some common questions we've received so far about the vaccine, especially when it comes to safety.
