Here's who is expected to be recommended for vaccination in different parts of the first phase (this could change).

Here's the state workgroup's recommended priorities within 1a. Priority needed because, for example, there are an estimated 500,000 people in group 1a, and current estimate of 183,000 vaccines in first month. Deleted last tweet bc these slides more informative.

MN plans to allocate vaccine 85% on pro-rata basis, 15% based on social vulnerability index (below). Because of how that breaks down in MN, that will not make a huge difference in the state.

Ehresmann says if you've had COVID-19 they still recommend a vaccination, however, while supplies are limited people who have had it in the last 90 days might end up waiting to let others who haven't go first.
