5/ Addendum: The proper relief [& true justice] was unfortunately NEVER going to be provided Judge Sullivan, as his blatantly partisan & reprehensible actions over the past few years have demonstrated. Under the circumstances, it appears this was the best that we could hope for.

6/ He is no longer fit for the bench and should be removed. Permanently.
