THREAD - some more digging into who owns GenderGP. Helen Webberley relinquished control of GenderGP Ltd on 5 April 2019. At the time she stated that she owned more than 75% of the company. At the same time something interesting happened. 1/7
Although the company nominated Lidia Palmero as director, it also nominated Genevieve Yolanda Pennill as someone with significant control of the company, specifically as someone who "has significant influence or control over the trustees of a trust". 2/7
The same arrangement exists for Online GP Services Ltd, with Helen relinquishing control on 5 April 2019 and Genevieve nominated as some with "significant influence or control over the trustees of a trust". Does this company provide the GP services for GenderGP? 3/7
Previous readers will remember Genevieve Pennill as the director of Harland International, the Hong-Kong based parent company of GenderGP Ltd. So who is Genevieve Pennill? The internet reveals very little about her. Though that is itself quite revealing. 4/7
Genevieve claims to come from Belize, and at some stage claimed to live at 3 Cedar Street in Belize City, an address that doesn't actually appear to exist. Cedar Street is a dirt track with four properties, one of which is numbered 475. 5/7
She also appears to have managed or directed companies in the UK, Malta, Belize, Hong Kong and Cyrpus over the years. She is a company secretary for hire. And as director of Harland International, GenderGP's parent company. 6/7
So what is this trust that GenderGP Ltd and Online GP Services Ltd are held in? Who really has significant control over it. It may be dispensing drugs to desperate patients contrary to the recent Tavistock v Bell judicial review. If things go wrong, who do people sue? 7/7
