Per @GaSecofState, containers from under a table in Fulton County, GA were empty ballot containers, not suitcases full of ballots. Some workers left earlier in the evening than others bc their portion of the job (processing envelopes) was done. 1/ https://leadstories.com/hoax-alert/2020/12/fact-check-video-from-ga-does-not-show-suitcases-filled-with-ballots-pulled-from-under-a-table-after-poll-workers-dismissed.html
A member of the state election board and @GaSecofState’s office were physically present during the last hour of counting. Poll workers were just doing their job, scanning ballots and putting them into the empty containers when done. 2/
Per @GaSecofState, observers were free to stay & not told to leave, but some left when the workers who processed the envelopes were done. 3/
Some election workers had to stay—after the envelope processors left—in order to scan the processed ballots. They are not allowed to leave ballots sitting around overnight after they have been processed & removed from their envelopes. They are supposed to scan them. 4/
