Obeying the principles of nutrition can prevent illness.

Similarly, obeying the principles of human biomechanics can prevent injury.

Sadly, most people can’t tell what bad posture looks like from different points

How to tell flatfoot from the knees’ structure, for example...
Or to diagnose something like:
Collapsed hips/ribs
Compressed lumbar

Both mad common & huge red flags

But people will live with bad posture and wonder why their lives suck

Yoga won’t come save them either but they don’t understand human biomechanics...
So they keep suffering

Endless cycle
Hamster wheel

“So, what’s the solution, Jose?”

Think: TENSEGRITY

Your body is made for your muscles to hold up your bones, not the other way around.

We need to have anchor points of tension throughout the body...
Basic analogy: the sheets on your bed have four corners of tension that allow for a smooth spread.

We have to use the “corners” of our body to hold up the skeleton with a similar “smooth spread” as the bed sheets

Tensegrity is itself a very interesting concept...
Defined on Wiki as...
It looks like this:
If these principles of human biomechanics were taught more widely then we would see a dramatic drop in injuries and pain

Ask yourself how professional athletes still get injured

Other than the biological phenoms...

Very little academic understanding of human biomechanics
