I'm pro-vax as a concept, but many of u need to be more thoughtful about math. Vax is NOT 95% effective. It's a stats trick. Very few in *control group* in Pfizer trial got COVID-19, rendering vax group & placebo group data within a margin of error. Result was largely the same!

Pfizer & its competitors are claiming vax is ultra effective based on manipulated data. In reality, the separation between vax group and control group is too small to make much of a statement whatsoever.

The conclusion here is that hardly anyone in either group got sick. Big Pharma orgs did not test (or did not publicize results on) antibody response, so we also have no idea if vax is establishing immunity. Many remaining Qs, very few answers, but plenty of baseless confidence.
