Prosecutors about to find out how hard cases are when ppl arent forced to defend themselves from a Jail Cell.
Everybody gonna be rejecting Plea Deals, if they can do it from home.

I've been arrested at least 25 times. Bonded out everytime but once. I've only been convicted 4 times out of those 25+ arrests. Bonding out ie a difference maker between staying locked up or beating your cases.
Prosecutors hope they wear you down with Jail to force you take a plea instead of going to trial.
I took cases to Trial and won. Or they dropped the charge due to not having evidence.
I've gotten stuff thrown out for illegal search & seizures from being out, etc.

9 out of 10 times ppl that take plea deals couldn't afford to Bond out. They say innocent until proven guilty. But you get locked up for being guilty of being poor.
So u get forced into Felony Probation, which everyone violates. If u get caught smoking weed , u violate.

Ppl end up taking felony probation for cases they can beat bc they are tired of being in jail.
Then they violate on probation and end up in prison anyways. It's a vicious cycle, where you are really stuck if u cant afford bond.
No one poor gets due process in America.
