I'm starting to think that the TX SCOTUS suckerpunch was the plan from the start. Rudy and Sidney and Lin make a lot of noise in the legislators, but get kicked out of the lower courts and work towards the SCOTUS.. in comes TX and sues all 5 states at once and directly to SC!

I'm not an expert at lawfare by any means so I could be just making wild assumptions here.

Amazing thing about the TX case is it argues purely from the Constitution and requires no proof of voter fraud

But by taking the case, it gives credence to the Fraud suits by Rudy and Sidney and Lin.

They'll on the one hand have a valid suit saying they can Constitutionally nullify the ceritifiactions, and then they can take up the fraud aspect if they need to and really nuke it all

Correct me if I'm wrong, but this would pull in Alito, Thomas, ACB, and Kavanaugh as they're assigned to these specific states based on their new circuit assignments.

In otherwords, Trump wins.
