Things that make my startup culture happy:

1. An open "idea box" that any employee can contribute to on our Slack channel

2. A monthly wellness allowance given to our employees via @getzestful - folks use it for massages, their Peloton subscription and meditation apps
3. Weekly emails from our C-Suite on a variety of topics - from tech to leadership to creativity.

4. Amazing investors like @NattyZ and @EzraMoGee who will do silly TikTok dances to congratulate the team.

5. A Client Love channel where we post all our 5 star google reviews.
6. A crew love channel where people can give their co-workers props.

7. Swag that is silly. Like our Bingo Bango sweatshirt. Don't take your startup so seriously.

Culture is NOT ping pong tables, friends. It's building a community.
