1) Your question is, of course, of no legal relevance, but to humour you, let me explain. a) Adv Sikhakhane discredited his own report by not providing any legal reasoning for his finding and then declining to provide such when asked by the Nugent Inquiry to do so. 2) b) Judge Kroon discredited it by apologising for endorsing it and concluding that its conclusion on the unit was "not thought through properly and were (sic) in fact incorrect.” c) The Sunday Times discredited it by apologising for its false reporting on the matter.
3) d) SARS discredited it by announcing it can no longer place reliance on his report. e) The Nugent inquiry discredited it by finding that its conclusions on the unit were not backed up by the law.
4) f) The High Court discredited it in Wingate-Pearse v Commissioner where it endorsed the view of Nugent. g) The High Court in PP v Gordhan discredited it by calling the narrative propagated by it long-dead, "fake news" and "fiction and providing legal reasoning to explain why.
