brandon bernard was put on death row for a crime, that he had no leading or violent part in, that he committed at 18.
he's spent the 20+ years since then in the system, counseling younger convicts and demonstrating positive behavior. +

bernard's crime was setting a car aflame during an abduction and robbery while the victims were inside, however new evidence shows that the victims had already been dead. of the surviving juror's who voted for his punishment, 5 of them want to postpone and/or stop his execution +
brandon's warden is on his side, stating that he had zero infractions and "would function exceptionally well in a less-restrictive environment without posing any risk."
even the prosecutor is vouching for him as well, saying "He should not be executed ever. . . It's barbaric +

let's use the energy we had for casey goodson for other injustices as well. im not trying to lessen the attention towards him, i just wanted to raise awareness for brandon bernard as well.

hi i'd to just say that i do not think he is a hero or that lighting a car on fire with possibly alive people in it is okay.
i do believe that after spending 20+ years in prison and showing reform, he should not be killed for it. the actual prosecutors and jurors say the same.
