As others have already noted, Texas AG Ken Paxton also filed with SCOTUS late Monday urging it to throw out the results for PA, GA, MI, and WI, effectively declaring Trump the winner. Just getting a chance to read the brief myself, and it appears to be riddled with errors.
What's more, law enforcement determined that the theft did not appear to be election related and regardless elex officials reprogrammed machines to ensure the missing items could not be used to interfere.
It also claims that officials in Philly and Pittsburgh barred GOP observers from the vote counts. Trump's own lawyers have admitted that's not true. Their argument is that they weren't able to get close enough to the count for their liking. Courts have repeatedly rejected.
Then, it argues that "a great number of ballots" came in after Elex Day. Again, not true. The number was fewer than 10,000 -- not enough to swing the outcome.
But in justifying that argument, the suit makes another incorrect claim. Saying that the 10,000 number is unverifiable because counties weren't counting those late ballots separately as Boockvar had told them to do. All counties have previously verified that this is not accurate.
