I'm 100% a complete noob at options and I just started on Thursday 12/03.

Additional Deposits: 2k

Total Deposits Made: 7k

12/08: Morning

Starting Balance: 7,000.00

Current Balance : 8,793.17

Delta: +1,793.17

Starting Balance: $7,000.00

Notes: Got a bit greedy today, and should have stayed out of the market as I made a very nice percent gain this morning. A bit overzealous but it's okay, still up nicely.

I might be forced to take tomorrow off.

Robinhood doesn’t allow more than 4 trades a day and will flag u as a pattern trader which means I need to deposit 25k.

Isn’t an issue but the 25k takes 3-4 days to deposit... so annoying

So after doing more research it looks like this is standard

According to regulation, you have to have at minimum 25k in any account on any platform in order to trade more than 4 trades a day.

No idea why, but it's a US issue so it won't matter the platform.
