The exact numbers may, of course, vary but, whatever the mechanisms (T cells, heterogeneity etc), it has been clear for many months that our assumptions about the virus, that led to apocalyptic predictions, lockdowns & all the other actions taken, are highly questionable.
The virus has been telling its own story for a long time now, Despite this, again and again, we choose to ignore evidence and reason and refuse to update prior beliefs. Instead we double down and press on regardless, no matter what the cost.
