Just as women reach their career peak 45-55 many are confronted with the symptoms; flushes, anxiety etc. Rather than cheap HRT, medical and pharma seem to prefer pumping them with anti-depressants. We are losing a national resource, doctors, teachers, lawyers etc.

Caring for our society’s main carers -women- just as they face the challenge of teenagers and ageing parents. No wonder women are underrepresented in the boardroom having already had the disadvantage, career-wise, of bringing up a family. A form of sex discrimination?
